Indigo Red is a blend of pop and rock. Birthed from the edge of the sea in Massachusetts, Indigo Red crossed the United States in a old car meeting the coolest and most interesting people to wind up on the west coast. Indigo Red now calls the San Francisco Bay area in California home.
Indigo Red has been compared to the White Stripes, with influences from Blur, Elastica, Cold Play, PJ Harvey, Liz Phair, Kaiser Chiefs , Jeff Buckley and The Killers blending sounds that swoon and rock.
Indigo Red's music addresses the issues of society today such as cyber addiction, addiction, online relationships, mental illness, intimacy issues of growing together or apart. Indigo Red polks fun at the absurdity of life today while addressing the importance of finding hope in its struggle.
